Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Experience with payroll tax and employee benefits reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Skilled Accountant Job Description

• Prepare and manage financial records.
• Perform weekly payroll processing tasks.
• Collaborate with the controller for job cost accruals and monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Prepare documents for audits and tax reports.
• Assist the CFO with employee benefits accounting tasks.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary | $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
